Dosage and Administration:

Recommended intake is 2 packets per day.
Do not dissolve in water, but place the powder directly in your mouth and allow it to dissolve slowly.
Please be careful not to choke on it.

Suggested supplements:

During treatment, take a vitamin D3 supplement orally daily at 5000 U or enough to achieve a blood level of 70-100 ng/ml (175-250 nmol/l).
After treatment, blood levels should be maintained between 50-70ng/ml (125-175nmol/l).
Ideally, vitamin D should be taken with a meal that contains fat.
