How to use

Oral (swallow with water)

Take 2 to 6 capsules daily on an empty stomach (30 minutes before meals or at bedtime).

Sublingual tablets (dissolve in the mouth)

- Open the capsule and allow the contents to dissolve slowly in your mouth.
Absorption takes 5-10 minutes. For best results, avoid eating or drinking immediately after use.

Topical (for skin health)

- Mix the contents of the capsule with water and apply to the skin.
- Leave it on for about 30 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.

Storage and Handling

For best results, store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate.
- For short-term use: Room temperature is fine.
Long-term storage: Refrigeration is recommended.
